Wood can often darken and age a room. Here we had a vanity with a manufactured finish.
We hand painted it with a custom glaze to emphasize the depth of the doors and drawers with a technique known as "inking".
The bathtub was horrendous; the casing was a heavily grooved wood that is often seen around an outdoor hot tub. We filled the grooves, painted, created an embossed pattern, and added highlights with a custom tinted glaze.
