Joe’s Crab Shack started out with a classic crab cart, featuring light wood and metal features. They wanted a more rustic and traditional look for their crab cart, but didn’t know how to age the look of the item.
We began by assuring our client that we could change the look of their crab cart with paint! We not only texturized and darkened the light wash wood to age the item, but we also transformed the metal legs to look wooden as well. afterward,
the crab cart look as if to be made of older, dark wood.
The takeaway from this project? You are limited by the look of your item! With our painting techniques we can completely change the look of a surface. From light wood to dark wood or even metal to aged wood, there’s no limit to what you can create.
